Oh Heart of Hearts!

Oh heart of hearts look thee and see
Who shall keep thy love from me?
Though darkness shall prevail and time stand still
Your love doth this one’s heart yet fill.

Like the climbing rose upon the potter’s wheel
Pushing it’s way through heights of crucible steel
The rose blooming in grace and velvet splendor
Is like unto my love forevermore.

Should death suddenly come for me
Don’t weep my love for you will see
This heart of mine will forever be true
Even death shall not keep me from loving you.
